LEGO Mosaic Masterpiece

In this creative class, students explore the art of LEGO mosaics — turning colorful bricks into beautiful pixel-style pictures. They will design and build their own LEGO “print” (a flat mosaic image) and then create a custom frame to display their finished masterpiece.

Students start by learning how mosaics work with LEGO, choosing colors and patterns, and carefully placing bricks to bring their design to life. Once the mosaic is complete, they design and build a sturdy, decorative frame that showcases their artwork.

What kids will practice:

• Creativity and artistic design
• Spatial awareness and pattern recognition
• Planning and fine-motor skills
• Color theory and visual composition
• Building techniques for both flat mosaics and 3D frames

This is a calm, focused, and highly rewarding activity where every student leaves with a unique piece of LEGO art they’re proud to display. Perfect for young creators who love combining building with artistic expression!
